Aberdeen City
Grampian Police Force Museum - Retired Officers' Oral History Project - this is a private project recording the working lives of police officers in Aberdeen City and County forces. This will coincide with the launch of the new Force Museum web site. I hope to allow researchers access to the resulting archive in the future, in my capacity as Force Curator.

Sabhal Mor Ostaig:
Tobar an Dualchais/ Kist o Riches
Sabhal Mor Ostaig (UHI) is behind the long-running Tobar an Dualchais/ Kist o Riches project to digitise both Gaelic and Scots sound recordings. Beginning with the pilot Pròiseact Thiriodh which recorded material from the island of Tiree, Tobar an Dualchais is continuing with material from the Campbell of Canna collection, and material from both the BBC and the School of Scottish Studies in Edinburgh, including that collected by Hamish Henderson and Calum MacLean.
